#16weekeatingcleanchallenge

Day one was filled with food shopping and detox. The 45 minute walk was fun. I visited friends and other junk. Since my city is under repair my captain save a ho duties require a lot of walking.  My dinner was steak and green beans, my lunch was a no mayo tuna salad, a glass of milk and strawberries. My breakfast consisted of a 6 ounce power boost shake thingy (Shakeology) and two bananas. I know I need more protein in my diet, so I'll work that out daily. 

Today is mall walking for my cardio, I need a new pair of shoes. I'll keep you guys posted.
